Review of Episode 5 of Season 2 of Classroom of the Elite

Suzune and Kiyotaka think Kikyo is a traitor who gets special points from other courses. The three then proceed to watch over Team White. Kikyo is asked directly by Suzune if she is selling her VIP information; she replies that she is not. In the interim, Sudo is inspiring the students as the Sports Festival gets underway. Sudo, however, refuses to take part, which demoralises the class.

In the Topple the Pole competition, Ryuen defeats Sudo since most of his opponents are only going after him, while Suzune is hurt after colliding with Kinoshita. Suzune informs Kiyotaka that Kinoshita did that on purpose when he inquires after her. Team White continues to pursue Sudo and Suzune, making life difficult for Team Red.

Kei and Kiyotaka come to the conclusion that Ryuen and the traitor most likely shared the participation list. Kiyotaka replies that they never planned to win when asked if they still had a chance. After punching Hirata because of his frustration with the situation, Sudo walks away. Suzune is tasked with persuading Sudo to return, and Kiyotaka informs her that Sudo will be a useful tool for her.

When Kei and Hirata inquire about the traitor’s name, he refuses to tell anything and claims Suzune was behind the entire scheme. Ryuen is waiting at the clinic when Kikyo and Suzune arrive. He claims that Suzune intentionally hurt Saki and requests one million private points in exchange for keeping it a secret. Ryuen promises to return after the conclusion of the Sports Festival and wait for her response.
