Just to Remind You…
Let’s look back at the past season of Vikings before we go into the new season. Second son Ragnar, Ubbe, embarks on a trip across the ocean searching for the legendary Golden Land, which is now known as the United States of America today.
Is Season 7 of Vikings canceled? Is This What the Showrunner Has to Say?
Instead of discussing when Vikings Season 7 will be released, this post will focus on what is ahead for the program in the future. According to the rumors, the sixth season will be the last one. Despite a drop in interest and ratings following the death of the Viking ruler Ragnar, showrunners decided not to discontinue the program just because of a decline in viewership or ratings. However, Michael Hirst, the shoemaker, noted in an interview that the show’s choice to cease after its sixth season was a bit inventive. That said, what can we expect from this fan-made Vikings mod? We’ll let you know what’s going on.
The continuation of the Vikings series was officially announced in November of this year. Valhalla is the name of the new series of Vikings. Showrunner Hirst and MGM Television have been confirmed as the show’s producers. The following season will be co-created, written, and produced by Die Hard screenwriter Jeb Stuarts. Although the tale will begin 100 years after the actual events, it is a sequel. So, we can’t call it Season 7 of Vikings. We may, however, draw comparisons to season 7.
