Top Boy Season 5: Everything We Know, From Series Confirmation to Cast and Trailer News

For the last week, we’ve been thinking *almost exclusively* about Top Boy. Since the launch of the new series (Netflix’s second but fourth overall) earlier this week, fans have been asking a lot of questions about the return of Dushane, Sully, and everyone else. We wanted to know first and foremost where Jamie, Stef, and Aaron’s parents had gone. Then we wanted an explanation for the conclusion, and last but not least, we needed to know whether the Netflix show would be renewed. Here’s all we know about Top Boy’s fifth season.

Is Season 5 of Top Boy confirmed?

Okay, so Netflix hasn’t confirmed that there would be a third season of Top Boy. However, considering the series’ phenomenal popularity and, you know, Drake’s support, it seems like Top Boy will return for a third installment.

Who will appear in the fifth season of Top Boy?

It’s difficult to tell without any formal confirmation. However, we anticipate Dushane and Sully to return for a second season, since what is Top Boy without them?

Shelly (Little Simz), Jaqs (Jasmine Jobson), Stef (Araloyin Oshunremi), and the rest of the supporting cast are all expected to return. Meanwhile, it seems that Ats (Keiyon Cook), Kit (Kadeem Ramsay), and Jamie (Michael Ward) will not return in a future season, with all three of them dying during season 4.

Is there a Top Boy season 5 trailer?

Not yet, but when it does, be prepared for some in-depth analysis!

When will Top Boy season 5 be released?

We won’t know for sure until Netflix releases additional information, especially since the season has yet to be revealed. Seasons three and four were a year and a half between, albeit that was mostly due to Covid-19-related delays, so let’s hope season five isn’t as long.
