Season 21 of MIDSOMER MURDERERS (New Season Premiere)

debuts on KPBS TV on Thursdays from September 1 through August 22, 2022, at 10 to 11 p.m.

In MIDSOMER MURDERS SEASON 21, Neil Dudgeon plays DCI John Barnaby, a police officer with a psychology degree who is highly intrigued by the citizens of Midsomer. As DS Jamie Winter, Barnaby’s partner, Nick Hendrix is back. The county itself, with its gentle hills, beautiful towns, charming villages, and peculiar murders, is the real star of Midsomer, though.

PROGRAM GUIDE:

KPBS TV will debut “The Point of Balance” on Thursday, September 1 from 10 to 11 p.m. The annual Paramount Dance Extravaganza makes its way to Midsomer, bringing with it long-running disputes, passionate desires, and lethal ambitions. Starring Nigel Havers as a guest (Nicholas Nickelby).

How far would the owners go to make sure they are successful? KPBS TV will debut “With Baited Breath” on Thursday, September 22 from 10 to 11 p.m. When a fishing tournament and an extreme obstacle run are planned for the same weekend, tensions in the community of Solomon Gorge soar, resulting in mutual sabotage. Will Barnaby and Winter track down the offender before a murder occurs? Starring Bronagh Waugh as a guest (The Fall).
