After five years, has the mystery behind the killings in Delphi been solved? details here

The “Delphi Murders” investigation from 2017 saw progress according to Indiana State Police. Richard Allen has been taken into custody and is being housed at the Carroll County Jail. Libby German and Abigail Williams’ bodies were found beside the Delphi Historic Trail shortly after they went missing on February 13, 2017, and the 50-year-old Richard Allen is a suspect in their murders.

On Friday morning, Kelsi, German’s sister, expressed her thanks for everyone. The prosecutor’s office in Carroll County was requested to be contacted by anyone with questions after she said she had nothing else to add at the moment.

On Monday at 10 am, there will be a news conference. Since the girls’ remains were found, local officials have looked into more suspects in the case, however nothing has come up. The girls were just juveniles when they were slain.

Their investigations have benefited greatly from a vital piece of information they discovered on German’s phone. The proof is a widely circulated video in which a man of medium build can be seen following the girls while dressed in blue pants, a blue jacket, and a hat pulled down over his eyes. The audio of the video shows the man stating, “Guys, down the hill.” The man in the video is allegedly their killer.
