According to a recent Instagram post by Heather Headley, it appears that the cast and crew are still hard at work filming the third season. When might Netflix release Sweet Magnolias season 3?
We don’t yet have a confirmed production wrap date, but we should expect production to last roughly three months. The second season’s filming took place over this period of time. Since the third season’s production commenced in July, its completion would likely occur in October.
After filming is over, the third season won’t likely be available on Netflix for six to seven months. If the production is finished in October, the release date will fall between April and May of 2023, or six to seven months later.
Keep in mind that nothing has been verified. Therefore, Sweet Magnolias season 3 can come out sooner or later than we anticipated. Presently, plan for the third season to launch on Netflix in the spring of 2023.
