We’re in hometowns now! In the episode of The Bachelorette Season 19 that aired Monday night, Gabby and Rachel left the cruise ship and went to the hometowns of their remaining suitors.
For the purpose of meeting the families of Jason, Johnny, and Erich, Gabby found herself in New Orleans, Palm Beach, and Bedminster. Rachel visited Zach, Tyler, and Tino’s hometowns in Anaheim, Wildwood, and Santa Clarita.
After many weeks of double-Bachelorette ups and downs on the open seas, it was good to get back to some Bachelorette normality.
The finest and worst moments of The Bachelorette Season 19, Episode 7 will now be discussed.
Best moment on The Bachelorette Season 19, Episode 7: Jason’s family
I’m really sorry. The Bachelorette’s ideal family is this one. So many feelings!
Jason’s father was arguably the most adorable character to ever appear on the programme when Gabby and Jason met him at the park. I adored his hasty approach with the flowers and his statement, “I don’t sure whether to laugh or weep!”
When the two met Jason’s mother and sister, the sobbing persisted. At the moment she saw him, his mother started crying. The whole family was simply incredibly happy, kind, and sentimental. A+!
Worst moment on The Bachelorette Season 19, Episode 7: Tyler’s hometown
When one person declares, “This is going to be the greatest date of my life,” and another declares, “I’m anxious,” and another declares, “We are absolutely the farthest behind,” then something is wrong in that person’s hometown.
It was agonising to see Tyler introduce Rachel to his friends while having a great time running around the theme park as Rachel continued to cry more and more.
Knowing how committed Tyler was when Rachel had to have realised last week that she wasn’t selecting him, it was almost cruel to send him to hometowns. Tyler is a wonderful and caring person. I blame the show since I’m sure a lot of people were manipulating things!
The situation worsened when he continued telling her how much he loved her despite the fact that she was breaking up with him.
I call it cruel!
